 3 simple short cut to make proper format in Excel!!!

Actual Form:

The below excel cells shows cells with data not in proper format.

To change the format, select the required cells.

Step1:(Expand to Width):

Shortcut key- (ALT+H+O+I)

Using this shortcut the content of the cells to expand to width of the cells.

Step2:(Center Alignment)

Shortcut key- (ALT+H+A+C).
Using this shortcut the content of the cells to align in center.

Step3(All Borders):

Shortcut key- (ALT+H+A+C)
Using this shortcut the content of the cells to align in center.

This is best and easy way to change normal actual to proper cell format.
